Abington House is a 12-step oriented sober living community with on-site staff who are passionate about recovery. We offer a structured environment that promotes personal responsibility, goal-setting, relapse prevention, and weekly community groups - making it easier to embrace life on life's terms. Family involvement is at the heart of what we do, and we work hard to rebuild those relationships along the way. Private counselling sessions are also available through our experienced addictions counsellor. Together, we're building a community of grateful, recovering individuals committed to their freedom in recovery.
